Forest Therapy Walk

An reflective experience amidst Nature.
Forest bathing is a gentle & immersive mindful walk inspired by the Japanese form of nature therapy a.k.a Shinrin Yoku. A combination of therapeutic leisurely walks on gentle paths under canopy of trees with guided activities to help you open your senses and experience nature connections as you never have before. We draw upon awakening our senses with mindfulness meditation practices and Qi Gong meditation along with deep Breathing exercises. We also use group sharing at several points along the walk which helps participants learn from and teach other as we discuss what we are experiencing together.

INSIGHT
For an immersive “Grounding” experience it is recommended you walk bare feet ( this isn’t mandatory). Hence we recommend that you wear comfortable footwear
This experience will culminate in a tea ceremony; a refreshing brew prepared using native plants.
ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
The walk will be led by forest bathing guide Dipika Sharma a nature lover who certified to be a forest bathing guide from the European forest therapy Institute in Ireland.
Note:
You may bring a healthy snack and a bottle of drinking water.
Carrying a small backpack might be useful. You can carry a notebook or sketchbook if you like.
